PageSnip options appear in your browser from the Context (right-click) menu.
Based on the type of selection you have made, Internet Explorer will display a customized PageSnip "context" menu for you.
(note that your PageSnip menu options are nicely grouped and right at the top of the Internet Explorer context menu for easy access)
This is the normal "Selection" menu as seen by just right-clicking over a blank page.
Since PageSnip is "context sensitive", some menu options only appear when "in context" for Internet Explorer.
This is good for two reasons:
1) They don't take up space on the menu unless the function they offer is meaningful in that context.
2) It helps to group related items together.
For example - if you position your mouse over an image and right click...
... you will see this context menu:
There is now an "Add Image" option because the mouse was over the image ("in context") when you right-clicked.
Now if you left-click and drag to select the words "Prairie Road", then right-click...
... you will see this context menu:
There are now several "Text:" options displayed because the mouse was over the selected text ("in context") when you right-clicked.
Remember, these "context sensitive" menu options are only visible when you have selected the type of web content that they are related to.
