The Software Registration window is where you go to register your software or to see the current registration information.
The section below tells you how to register your software.
PageSnip gives you three different ways to enter your registration data:
Method 1 - Drag and Drop
Use your mouse to drag the license file that was attached to your E-Mail and drop it in this area of the window:
Note: you can also click this button to locate the file on your computer disk drive.
Method 2 - Copy and Paste
In the body of your E-Mail you will see six lines that look like this:
==========================================================================
<BEGIN KEY
Happy User
000016-WGD9R6-HEVXXQ-0WLLRF-T8556Z-TYDLKN-W5MEDP-T5ACGU-BGR0W5-VXKEBT
END KEY>
==========================================================================
Use the mouse to highlight the four lines starting with <BEGIN KEY and ending with END KEY>.
Then press CTRL+C to copy your selection to the Windows clipboard.
Return to the PageSnip Software Registration screen and click this button (or press CTRL+V) to paste the registration code into PageSnip.
After the data is pasted into the program, you will see this message if PageSnip determines that both parts of the registration data are present.
Click Ok to close the message.
.
You should then see the information you entered in the fields as shown here:
Method 3 - Type it in
Almost no one uses this method because the registration codes are long and this method is prone to errors. If you do decide to type it in you should be aware that the spelling and combination of upper and lower case letters must be exactly as they appear in your E-mail.
After your registration data has been entered, click this button to register your software and exit the window after you see a confirmation message:
If you need to start over, click this button to clear the entry fields:
Click this button to cancel and close this window:
If you have entered registration data and click the Cancel button before Registering it, this message will appear:
